Faulty Towers at Tribulum

We had an amazing night at Tribulum restaurant in Almancil, last Thursday 4th December. It was the final night of the 3 night interactive theatre event. 

On arrival, before the performance began, the welcome was warm & the decor was perfect. Compare that to the hurried and abrupt entrance of Basil who, it has to be said, greeted everyone in his own unique style, followed by Manuel and then sibyl a little later. The delicious meal was served Faulty Towers style as only they can. Thankfully they were assisted by the restaurant’s, very professional, full time staff. 

The players delighted diners with many of the hilarities from the much loved 1970’s tv series. Manuel bungled his way through, following orders from Basil who was kept in line by Sybil resulting in hilarious chaos. As expected the food was delicious and the laughter was plentiful. 

 It was no surprise that this interactive show was a sellout for all 3 nights at Tribulum who very kindly donated 10€ per diner to Algarve Emporium Charity. A grand total of 2,400€, to help feed the families. 

A massive thank you to all involved. I’ve heard a whisper that a variation of this performance will be repeated next December too. Keep your eyes pealed by following the events at Tribulum Restaurant in Almancil. It would be a shame for you to miss out on such a delight.
